  They have superb customer service! My pet is welcomed inside on a short leash. He loves the warm greeting he gets every time. They have a great selection. They have pet care items, gifts, decor, pet grooming services, self-bathe doggie area, even embroidery services. Delivery & curbside pickup too. They are just the BEST local shop around.

  We've always ordered from online sites, because we feed our Westies really good food, and it's hard to find for decent prices. When we discovered this place we were thrilled, it is such a change from the huge conglomerates. It's very local, but they have the brands we want, INCLUDING FROMM, and everything you could possibly want for your pet; the "big stores" are always out of everything, and their prices are horrible. We find that this place always has the best price on what we want; the staff is friendly, and we can take our dogs in, which they greatly enjoy. We have a baby Westie at the moment, and the staff fawned all over her and didn't mind when she got excited and peed on the floor. They wanted photos and etc.; great for socialization! We will purchase our pet supplies locally from here on out.
