After waiting 30 plus minutes for a prescription that I was notified was ready, I’m told “well we are too busy to deal with this right now, you’re going to just have to come back later” this employee also rolled her eyes at me. Don’t send notifications of something being ready if it’s not! I can even understand if it were an accident, but don’t be rude about it. Apologize for the inconvenience at least!
